The LMYZ series hydrauliccontrol station is specially designed for the metallurgy & cement industries. The inclined installed mill will cause the equipment to slide down under the affection of gravity. The wheel will make the mill go up and down at a planned speed with the affection of hydraulic system, consequently ensure the uniform friction between belt and tray wheel and saving of tray wheel adjustment. It can also be used in metallurgy and mine equipment. The working media is N46# anti-friction hydraulic oil. The hydraulic system is equipped with two variable-flow mini oil pumps; one is working and the other is for spare. While starting the mill, the oil pump motor will be energized to run oil pump, then oil will be sent to the oil cylinder through one-way valve, block valve and energe accumlator. The cylinder piston will press the mill to move up by pushing wheel under pressure. At the same time, the oil return electrical magnetic valve is off and the the speed of mill be controlled by the pump. When the wheel reached the upper limit switch, the oil pump wiil stop oil supply and the oil return electrical magnetic valve will be on. The pressure oil in oil cylinder will return to the oil box througn the filter, flow control valve and magnetic valve by gravity. The down speed of mill can be controlled by the flow cintrol valve. When the lower limit switch is reached, the magnetic valve will shut off to close the oil return pipeline, and the mini oil pump will start, then the above movement will be repeated.
