Gearbox Lubricating Unit for Wind Turbine

FDR series lubricating unit for wind turbine is used to lubricate and cool the gear and bearing of gearbox. The gear pump supplies oil to lubricating system. There is strong oil resistance when the system starts up in cold temperature environment. If the resistance pressure difference is bigger than set value, the spill valve will open for the safety of the system and the oil will go through strainer (25um). The oil temperature will go up slowly after the starting-up of the main machine. When oil temperature come to normal, the pressure difference will drop to normal as well , the spill valve will be closed at the same time then the lubricating oil will be only go through double pure filter 10um / 5um.
